The Italian press claim Juventus will make a €30m move for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.

January is here, and with it comes the usual blend of the absurd, ludicrous and downright outrageous transfer stories, starting with this nugget in today’s Gazzetta dello Sport.

Following on from a report earlier this week which suggested Juve already had a €20m bid refused, the latest rumour doing the rounds suggests Juve will go all out to land the player in the summer.

Tuttosport report a similar story with the transfer figure suggested to be around €30m. The German midfielder has a contract with Dortmund until 2017 but was linked with a move to the Premier League last summer.
