Federico Bernardeschi will leave Fiorentina if the club is sold with Juventus top of the list as a potential destination.

An official announcement on Fiorentina’s website confirmed that the Della Valle family have officially put the club up for sale following a tumultuous few years where tempers have flared between the fans and owners on numerous occasions:

“ACF Fiorentina’s ownership announces that it is absolutely available, given the dissatisfaction on the part of the supporters, to step aside and make the club available to those who want to buy it, so they can manage it in the way they feel is right.”

As a result, Sky Sport Italia report that Bernardeschi could be one of the big departures from the club, having enjoyed his best season yet at the Artemio Franchi.

Various papers and channels have suggested that the 23-year-old winger wants to leave the club with Juventus his preferred destination, however Sky report that Chelsea are among the interested parties and may also make a bid of their own.
