News outlets in Italy are reporting the completion of Gonzalo Higuain’s move to Juventus.

Sportitalia, Gazzetta Dello Sport, Sky Sport Italia and a host of others are reporting that Juventus have agreed to pay the €90m release clause that will take the Argentine from Naples to Turin.

Tuttomercato.web confirm that the deal is all but complete with Juve officials having registered Higuain’s contract at the offices of Lega Calcio this afternoon.

All that remains is for the club to confirm the transfer and unveil the player, after he reportedly completed his medical in Madrid last week.

Juve are expected to pay the release clause over two-years while Higuain will earn €7.5m per season having agreed a contract until 2020.
