5 Positives:
1. Sami Khedira returns – What a difference it makes to have an experienced midfielder back in the starting XI. He was a little rusty at times, but he pushed forward when he could to put pressure on the Sevilla back line and he tackled hard in the centre of the pitch to win the ball back. A great return to action
2. Andrea Barzagli as right-back – 34 years old and he still has the ability to surprise. A brilliant performance at right-back, great overlapping runs and a good understanding with Cuadrado that allowed them to exploit the right-flank. Provided the assist for the opening goal. Excellent
3. Bonucci, Bonucci, Bonucci – Defensively dominant but it was his distribution that really caught the eye. Played some sublime crosses that offered another dimension to the Juve attack.
4. Tactics – Allegri got things perfect tonight. The formation changed when Juve were in and out of possession, switching from a 4-3-3 to an occasional 3-5-2 when needed. Bravo Mister !
5. Simone Zazazazaza ! – I know many don’t rate the guy, and it’s alright not to like him, but he does what he does with ease. Bullied the defence to score Juve’s second and seal the result. A battering ram of a striker for those nights when you can’t pick the lock.

Good game, glad to see Khedira putting some work in, and Hernanes reclaimed himself after last game. Good formation and tactics, but next time, I want to see Lemina for Khedira, and Sandro for Evra. Cuadrado needs to be bought, RW/RWB/FWD/CAM, he’s too versatile.
With such versatility Cuadrado could one day be as great as Padoin… he has a long way to go still…
He has to work very hard to make us forget about the man who’s arrival also brought us 4 (F O U R) Serie A titles in a row!
That’s tough, but just think, one day, both could be as good as Rubinho. 2 games, 5 trophies. Wonderful player.
Sandro has to wait. Lemina too.
Lemina has been our best CM….. He HAS to start. Lemina-Marchisio-Pogba or Pogba-Lemina-Marchisio. Doesn’t matter which way, but that needs to be the starting CM. Those are our 3 best CMs, Hernanes/Pereyra at CAM if 4-3-1-2. Sandro needs to get more playing time, and Bologna is the team to give him playing time against.
I can’t stress how much I love evra. His Experience has been so important and he knows what it’s like to be a winner. He was low-key one of marottas best signings
