Juventus are scheduled to meet with Bayern Munich to resolve the futures of Medhi Benatia and Kingsley Coman.

Coman’s €7m, two-year loan deal is coming to a close and Bayern have to decide whether or not to make the deal permanent by paying a further €21m for the young French winger. Meanwhile, Benatia has spent a season on loan at the Bianconeri with Juve having paid €3m for his services, with an option for a full transfer costing a further €17m – The deadlines for either club to exercise their option expires at the end of this month, leading to speculation over what will happen next.

The are some reports in Italian press that talks with Coman over a contract which would keep him in Germany have stalled which could lead to a return to Turin for the 20-year-old. If this were to happen, there are believed to be plenty of other suitors for the player which could allow Juve to use him as a bargaining chip in any future deal.

Benatia’s situation is reportedly more clear-cut as he’s retired from the Moroccan national side with a view to focussing on his club clear, leading to reports that he will be redeemed by the club.
