Mesut Ozil is impressed by the offer Juventus presented him with last week and is open to a move to Turin.
According to Italian news outlet Mediaset Premium, the 29-year old Germany international is tempted by a move to Juventus and is seriously considering the Bianconeri’s offer.
The Arsenal midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and has flat-out refused to sign a new deal with the Premier League side.
Ozil has been linked with a move to Old Trafford to play for Manchester United, but the latest reports from England and Italy suggest the Red Devils have agreed terms with Alexis Sanchez and as such, Ozil will need to look elsewhere.
Both Sanchez and Ozil have been left out of the squad for the Gunners visit to Bournemouth and it’s reported that Juve presented their offer and Ozil is firmly interested, however the Bianconeri are reluctant to overspend on a player that will be available for free in the summer.
The sooner O&S are gone the quicker Arsenal can start playing as a team where the players actually want to play and win for Arsenal. This chit with O&S has been going on far too long and has caused serious disruption within the team. Neither one was honest to their mates and they showed no professionalism, which is pathetic. The sooner they leave, the better. Let them go and ruin another team.
Really…did you see the performance today?
Arsenal is a top midtable side AT BEST without Ozil and Sanchez
HA HA HA Bro have you been paying attention? Ozil and Sanchez (despite wanting to leave) are the SOLE reason why Arsenal remain in the fight for the top 4 and why Arsenal have not become a midtable side. For Several games This season and last, Ozil and Sanchez’s brilliance has single handedly given Arsenal several undeserved wins. If I where an Arsenal Fan this is where i would start Crying.
– Your only World class players, match winners and saviors are leaving the team (Ozil and Sanchez)
– No good replacements wish to play for Arsenal
– Bellerin (next in line for the best player in Arsenal behind Ozil and Sanchez, wishes to leave).
– Ox already left ( and he was your best player behind Ozil and Sanchez)
– Wenger looks like he will stay for a long time still.
– Lacazette (the only ARGUABLY World Class player left after Ozil and Sanchez) has not lived up to the Hype and expectations, and looks a no better player than Daniel Sturridge, now if that is Lacazette with Ozil and Sanchez, Imagine Lacazette without?
Arsenal will soon be like Everton and Leciester, a team putting pressure on the top 4, and in their best seasons aspire to be a top half mid table PL club finishing in 6th – 8th place
Getting Ozil and Can on a free! Boy what a coup that would be. how does Ozil fit though? Rotation with Pjanic? in for Khedira?..but then what of Can and Matuidi?
