Sampdoria striker Giampaolo Pazzini says it's an honour to be linked with a club like Juventus.
The 25-year-old Italy international is being lined up to replace Amauri, the ailing Brazilian striker who has struggled for goals this season.
“It makes me happy to be accosted by a great club like Juventus. It's an honour, but now I only have to think about Samp,” Pazzini said.
Asked about interest from Chelsea, Pazzo replied: “I have read it in the newspapers, but there is nothing concrete.
“I like the English and Spanish Leagues. It would be a formative experience, but I am too happy in Italy.”
Pazzini then revealed that he was glad Sampdoria midfielder Antonio Cassano hadn't left for Fiorentina, his former club.
“I am happy that he has decided to stay. At the beginning I didn't believe it. Then, when the voices became more insistent, I was really afraid that he could leave.
“Luckily, he hasn't done it. But I haven't heard from him recently. It was right that he made the decision alone,” Pazzini concluded.
