Juventus have officially signed Argentine winger Roberto Pereyra from Udinese on loan with option to pay for a total €15.5m.

Juventus held an official press conference with the player and Juventus Director Beppe Marotta just moments ago.

“I’m feeling good and I’m very happy to be here,” the 23-year-old told JTV.

“I’ve joined a great team, where you have to play well week in, week out. Now I’m just waiting to start training so I can be available for the Coach.

“It’s obviously going to be difficult to break into the starting XI, but I’m just going to train alongside my teammates so that I can learn from them.

“Maybe once I start playing, I’ll be able to show what I can do. I’m a pacey player and I love to dribble. I always try to help out the team and offer something extra.

“Hello to all the Bianconeri fans, I can’t wait to play in front of you and bring some excitement.”

Pereyra will arrive on an initial one-season loan worth €1.5m. There is an option to buy for €14m to be paid over three years.

“This fee could be increased by €1.5m should Pereyra achieve certain predefined sporting targets by 30 June 2020.”
