Juventus have confirmed that midfielder Tomas Rincon has officially joined Torino on a permanent basis.

The Venezuelan midfielder had been on loan with the Granata with the deal including an obligation to buy once a certain amount of games had been played.

A statement on the clubs official website confirmed that Rincon has now been signed outright by Torino:

“Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that, following the achievement of the conditions provided by the contract, the ‘call option’ for the definitive transfer of the registration rights of the player Rincon Hernandez Tomas Eduardo has been exercised by Torino Football Club S.p.A.

“The permanent transfer fee is €6 million, to be paid in three financial years. This transaction does not generate any significant economic effect.”
