Paulo Dybala has arrived in Turin and is expected to complete his medical with Juventus tomorrow.
The Palermo striker confirmed he will be joining the Bianconeri in an interview with Sky Sport a few days ago and arrived in Turin earlier today to complete his move.
“Juventus are the side who wanted me the most,” the 21-year-old Argentine told Sky Sport Italia.
“They made a real effort to sign me and this is why I made my decision. I can certainly win the Scudetto there, as they are a winning team. I too always play to win and can find success with them.
“It will be impossible for me to forget everything I’ve experienced in three years at Palermo. I was happy from the very first day.
“I know that to play for Juve, I have to do much more and I’m sure I can improve a great deal.”
Dybala will undergo a medical on Thursday morning to complete his €40m to Juve with German midfielder Sami Khedira also expected in Turin in the coming days. The 28-year-old is reported to have agreed a deal in principle with the Bianconeri, subject to completing his medical which may also take place this week.
Welcome to JUVE

Welcome Paulo, our future star 🙂
Khedeira passed his medical
Wow. 2 great signings! The midfield will be packed and at 4mil/year I don’t see khedira being a sub so this means that at least 1 player will leave no?
well with rotations, injuries, suspensions and stuff, he could see a lot of playing time while not being a starter
There is the possibility ofcourse, but that should not be the point. We’ve had to play Sturaro against Madrid because of injuries, so I’d say we can use him well enough 😛
Besides, if we would win the CL, Pirlo will leave. And Sturaro will most likely be loaned out
Sturaro actually played instead of Pogba! I think Allegri sees something in him
Saw his last goal
Its not just Allegri… Sturaro is a beast in the making.
Very much Gattuso-like, let’s hope he becomes even better
He played instead of Pereyra you mean? In the RM game? That was indeed impressive but I’ve explained my reasoning in the comments above this one, so read it there 😛
Why would sturaro leave ? He is part of THE team and showing skills
To get experience of course, he isn’t yet to a level where he can replace any of our starters. Don’t forget he was only brought back as a cover for the injuries we had. I rate him highly and expect him in Juve for a long time, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s loaned out next season
There’s no way Sturaro is being loaned out .. He’s here for good, he’s part of the future.
Loaned, not sold off. He was only brought back to cover the injuries we had in midfield. I definitely see him stay for the long term, but I don’t expect him at Juve next season. Unless there are midfielders leaving
Yep pirlo
This summer is already better than all of last summer in terms of signing exiting players.
And we still got to the CL final 😉 Passion wins it.
30 years to the day. RIP
Exactly 30 years later we are in the final again. Although it’s played on a different date.
there’s alot of things that make me think the stars are aligning … an italian team beating a german team in dortmund, pirlo and buffon playing in the same stadium where they won a world cup, players on this juve team having a shot at redemption beating Barcelona as it seems that spanish team in 2012 was filled with barca players that beat Italy in the Euro 2012 finals.
I think our players are hungry, focused .. motivated. For most of them, this is the game of their lives .. I think only Buffon, Pirlo have played in bigger games .. marchisio, chiellini, bonucci, barzagli all have valuable experience in the World Cup and Euro’s too, but this is huge stuff.
If i believed in fate i’d probably be less nervous for this match. Sadly i don’t but at this moment i really do wanna believe in it, it would be a beautiful piece of fate.
Atleast i do believe in Juve and that we can actually win this.
Buffon and Pirlo will be gone from the european fields atleast soon, they know this is their final chance (probably), our players are extremely motivated as they have been all season in the CL.
Winning this thing would be massive … a dream come true.
I really hope we win, I really fuckin hate barca more than anyone else, more than Madrid .. more than anyone.
So there are rumours linking Felipe Melo to Inter.. He supposedly really wants to join them..
Don’t know why, but it bothers me if it is true. Not that it is such a big point, Melo never was very special and he is well past his prime, inter can buy 20 melo’s for all I care, they won’t get any better with him
Wow, can’t imagine your reaction when you heard Amauri signed for Torino. 😛
Who cares about Melo (or Inter)?
All smiles in that case lol, as long as Amauri wasn’t at Juve 😛
Don’t know, as a former Juve player WANTING to sign for Inter, that shit ain’t right
He hasn’t exactly been at top teams lately, i don’t consider Galatasaray as one. Not that i consider Inter a top team, but they are becoming promising and can get back to atleast the Italian top in the next couple of years. I can imagine Melo liking it in Italy, most players that played there do, if this is his best offer from Italy, i understand why he wants to sign for them. Apart from always showing spirit (sometimes a little too much), what feelings can we expect him to really have for Juve?
I know, it’s completely irrational, it’s a finished player who once played for us and hardly was any good.
Can’t help it though, I did like Melo back then, despite his bad performances.
I liked him too, he entertained me. He’ll probably still entertain me at Inter though when he gets a dumb red card against us.
Doesn’t really matter anymore. I don’t even remember when was the last time I saw him in Juve.
They could probably buy 20 Melos for less than what we bought 1 Melo for.
Unfortunately yeah xD
Juventus squad to face Verona: Buffon, Chiellini,
Ogbonna, Pogba, Pepe, Marchisio, Morata, Tevez, Coman, Llorente, De
Ceglie, Bonucci, Padoin, Pirlo, Vidal, Lichtsteiner, Sturaro, Storari,
Matri, Evra, Pereyra, Del Favero.
Last game of the season, hopefully Allegri rests the important players. Pepe, De Ceglie, Coman, Pereyra, Sturaro, Padoin, Ogbonna and Matri should all start.
Padoin-Ogbonna-Chiellini-De Ceglie
Sturaro-Marchisio-Pepe
Pereyra
Matri-Coman
I’d even take out Chiellini, Marchisio and Pereyra for this 😛
Put in some youngsters or whatever :p
