Doubts remain over Max Allegri’s future at Juventus following reports in parts of the Italian media which suggest he will leave the club.

Ongoing backlash against Juve’s style of play as well as their exit from the Champions League has led to mounting speculation that Allegri won’t remain at the club beyond the end of the season.

A meeting between club management and Allegri has been confirmed for Wednesday following a disappointing defeat to Roma, however this is earlier than in past seasons.

“The meeting between Coach and President has always been in June, traditionally, so if anything it’ll be brought forward. We’ll wait,” Vice-President Pavel told Sky Sport Italia.

“We have a squad that is of the utmost quality both for Italy and Europe. It’s not easy to improve this team.”

Asked if Allegri will be the Juventus Coach next season, Nedved simply said “We’ll see…”

Italian journalist Gianluca Momblano reports that there is a “0% chance” of Max staying at the club next summer while suggesting that Bianconeri management might have already secured their future coach during the past weekend.
