Antonio Cassano has claimed that Juventus are right not to offer Paulo Dybala the contract, claiming the club has given him more than they have received in return.
It was announced yesterday that Dybala and his agents were now seeking out a new club after talks with the Old Lady hierarchy had faltered once again.
This has of course led to an increase in rumours of where he could potentially end up, with league rivals Inter Milan touted as one potential destination, and while Cassano believes Juve were right not to come to terms with the 28 year-old, he also adds that he would prefer to keep Alexis Sanchez as opposed to the Argentine’s signature.
“Dybala for me is not a champion, he cannot be a leader in Juventus and if he does not renew the contract with him it is good,” Cassano told Bobo TV(via Tuttojuve).”I believe that the Bianconeri as a club have given much more than the Argentine has given to the team. He has never been decisive in the games that matter. This is why if Juve had offered him ten, he would have had to close at eight. Then I don’t know if he will go to Inter. I would keep Sanchez.”
While we can all be unhappy with Dybala’s injury record, I don’t believe that he is a player that we cannot rely upon when fit. He’s a top player, and he will have a number of contract offers on the table come the summer I’m sure. Cassano is known for his unpopular opinions, especially when it comes to Juventus, and I’m a little surprised that he is actually siding with the club here, although he is talking down about one of our favourite players…
Do any Juventus fans really believe that Juventus would be able to replace Dybala easily in the coming window?

every juve fans had been saying tha dybala is talented, has high ceilings, the next messi, will be Argentina no.10 etc
but after 7 seasons, he only plays easy matches with some flair here and there just like douglas costa etc.
he is not even close to tevez, let alone aimar or messi.
lack of disciplines, and too much outside problems like his GF, images rights and contracts, he speaks money more fluent than playing football. im glad his gone
While it pains me to agree with someone paid to make nonsense statements like an Italian Robbie Savage, Cassano is right in that Dybala rarely makes the difference in the big games, worse he tends to go missing completely.
He is supremely talented and our most creative player. It is a shame, 3 years ago we could afford to pay him the money he wants to play 20 games a season but not now. On his day he destroys teams, dripping deep to get the ball or playing nice one twos on the edge of box.
He is also tactically difficult all of his recent managers have struggled to put him in a position that suits him and the team.
I’m sad to see him go but we couldn’t have paid him 9m a season
For once I agree with Cassano.
When you look at decisive matches or periods, he’s not there.
So hopefully we can find a potential “true” no. 10.
Please as a Juventino I don’t wanna hear what casano has to offer or say, a bench Real Madrid warmer. Dybala and his likes their agents will destroy them for their money. If you work at a factory you get pay for your hours, and if you play at the club you get pay the same way for your hours. That’s all
a miracle occured, I agreed with Cassano. If Dybala was fit and played every match we wouldn`t be having this conversation…but it is what it is. I wish him well in spain….until he plays us.
I think Raspaddori is a better bet than Dybala. Younger, less injuries and he can player behind Vlahovic and Morata. I think, that if we get Rudiger, Pogba and Raspadori, we will have a more balanced high-quality team. Keeping Dybala might trigger a bad atmosphere inside the locker room. The CR7 issue in full effect
