Juventus have been linked with a number of strikers as they prepare for life after Gonzalo Higuain who is set to join Inter Miami.
Pipita has been told by Juve management and new club coach Andrea Pirlo that he no longer features in the clubs plans and will need to leave before the deadline of October 5, with a move to Inter most likely, where he can sample many quality casinos during his time in Miami.
To replace him, the Bianconeri have been linked with a number of strikers, starting with Barcelona’s Luis Suarez, another player who has been informed by his club that he no longer features in the coaches plans.
Suarez is one of the more likely options for the Old Lady as they want someone with experience and good goal-scoring record, which the Uruguay definitely matches, given his prolific seasons in Holland with PSV, the Premier League with Liverpool, and finally with Barcelona where he’s won La Liga and the Champions League.
The only obstacle to such a move would be the players lack of a European passport, despite his wife being an Italian citizen, meaning he would need to sit a language exam to qualify for an Italian passport.
Next up, Juve could turn to Roma striker Edin Dzeko, who, despite his age, has been a reliable goal-scorer for the Giallorossi in since making the move from Manchester City.
Dzeko already holds a European passport and would be available at a discount fee, given his age and the time remaining on his Roma contract.
Another option would be a return for Moise Kean, the Juve youth product who moved to Everton last summer in a €27 million move guided by super agent Mino Raiola.
The youngster was considered a bright prospect for the Bianconeri but he was unlikely to find playing time last year, given that Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain were all ahead of him.
A return could be more likely as reports from the Italian press have suggested that Kean has struggled to settle in England and is keen to return to Italy.
Alongside, the Bianconeri have also been linked with moves for Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Raul Jimenez, although his price-tag could be in excess of €50 million.
Another touted option has been Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette who could leave London, following Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s reported contract extension.
Juve director Fabio Paratici has already reportedly met with Arsenal representatives during a brief trip to London earlier this month.
