Juventus are amongst the teams interested in Olympique Lyonnais midfielder Houssem Aouar who is expected to cost at least €50m.

The 22-year-old is one of the hottest prospects in European football and has a contract with Lyon until 2023, but is expected to leave in the summer.

L’Equipe report that the youngster is almost certain to spark a bidding war with Manchester City and Juventus amongst the interested parties.

Speaking to newspaper Le Progres, Les Gones President Jean-Michel Aulas admitted his star players may want to leave this summer.

“I am going to do everything to keep the players,” he told the paper, “but players who are programmed to play in Europe could want to go elsewhere because we don’t have European football.”

The Bianconeri have also been linked with a move for Barcelona midfielder Arthur Melo in exchange for Miralem Pjanic.
