Juventus’ summer business is not done yet and they are likely to become one of the clubs that will be busy until the last hours of the market.
They have added some fine players to their squad in this transfer window, but it needs more bolstering.
They have been in talks with PSG over signing Leandro Paredes, but they need to make space for him in their squad.
Their midfield seems to be overloaded now, and they are focused on clearing it before the transfer window closes.
A report on Tuttomercatoweb claims the Bianconeri now wants to offload Nicolo Fagioli, Nicolo Rovella and Arthur Melo in the last few days of the window.
These players have struggled to earn a place in the team this term and Juve wants them to leave.
Juve FC Says
We need to clear as much deadwood as we can in this transfer window and the players that have been mentioned above will not be useful to us.
Allowing the youngsters to leave on loan would be ideal and the best scenario for Arthur is to sell him or a loan with an obligation to buy.
Hopefully, suitors will come running to sign these players in these last days of the window.
You refer to Rovella & Fagioli as ‘deadwood’ which is a massive insult to two young players who are at the start of their Juventus careers. Neither has done anything wrong to deserve that slight on their character, except maybe actually believe they would be given a chance in the first-team squad this season. I will give you Arthur, but how you can write such a piece without mentioning the shameless Rabiot is something I believe many Juventus supporters will find infuriating. I don’t care that he is straight back in the first team after he said he wanted to leave. That’s Allegra’s blind faith in a player who has zero respect for the club & especially the supporters. In our eyes, he is ‘deadwood’ because he should never wear our colours again. He should have been frozen out completely and told to find another club. If that had happened, especially with the World Cup in three months’ time, I guarantee he would already have gone. I would rather play all the youngsters instead of some of the charlatans who currently occupy our colours.
,if rovella stays if the most important place in the team is regista , playmaker number 6 role wouldn’t it be best to have two players in that position locatelli played brilliant in a more forward role yesterday it will help juve play way better so if anything happens parades your back to square 1 like the left back position no back up players in a poss 50-60 matches over the season with fagoli loaned out and arthur going on loan should be enough places for rovella up to the coach tho and the team I’m sure it will all work out
the actual deadwood are Arthur , McKennie , Rabiot , Sandro and De Sciglio
NOT FAGIOLI AND ROVELLA
Italian football is in decline
Italian youngsters should be more brave and move to abroad instead of waiting for top teams in Italy to give them a chance. they should follow the example of Spain and Germany.
Fagioli and Rovella these are players that could already be playing for the Italian national team. they should move elswere.
