Fabio Miretti’s agent Giovanni Branchini has revealed his client will look to leave Juventus if the club signs a new midfielder that can limit his playing chances.
The youngster was a regular in the Bianconeri team in the final few games of last season.
He did well and seems to have been promoted to its first team, at least for now.
He expects to get regular playing time in this campaign, but Juve has been investing in experienced players so far.
The Bianconeri are keen to improve its performances from last season, and that could see the competition for a place become too much for Miretti.
His agent has now discussed their approach to the new season. He said, as quoted by Il Bianconero:
“Juve are looking for a low top, we need to understand what the staff will be for the championship. It seems that the club wants to play his cards and the player would accept it. If there are signings that reduce his space then we will look for a solution that guarantees continuity.”
Juve FC Says
Max Allegri enjoys working with experienced players, and he is now under pressure to deliver in this campaign.
The likes of Paul Pogba and Manuel Locatelli can guarantee top performances for the club, and they will get the most playing chances.
If a new midfielder joins the group, we need to allow Miretti to leave so that he can continue developing well.
then he leaves.
Yup he leaves
NO, MIRETTI should NOT leave JUVENTUS. The season is long, and JUVENTUS FC will be competing in THREE competitions. Injuries , suspensions and fatigue mean that we need at least SIX good midfielders. POGBA and MCKENNIE are out injured; that leaves ZAKARIA, LOCATELLI, FAGIOLI , ROVELLA and MIRETTI.
We still do not know what will happen with RABIOT and ARTUR seems to be outside the project altogether.
Agreed, how can they think to compete with such a lacklustre squad, especially if they loan out all their young, promising players! Have your main squad of 22 and then at least 1 or 2 players back up for each position, made up of the youngsters! It seems better than going into the season with a squad made to only challenge in 1 competition, especially when we have 3 to compete in
Typical Juve of recent years, stopped using young quality players,I’m sorry but sending them on loan so much isn’t going to help, players like Messi and Ronaldo, albeit maybe bad comparisons but they were not on loan as much if at all from a certain age, buying wasted ageing players is not a good way to build for the future! Allegri should go in my opinion!
Good, it’s about time the young Italian players stand up for their careers as football players. We all know Juve won’t. Sad thing is that Juve don’t care. The foreigners are shiny diamonds and home grown are coal.
