Juventus do not currently consider selling Gleison Bremer, as the defender remains a key part of their long term plans. The Old Lady is determined to maintain the core of their squad and avoid losing important players as they continue to rebuild and strengthen the team.
Rather than parting ways with established stars, the Bianconeri are focused on upgrading areas of weakness by replacing underperforming players with higher-quality options. Within this strategy, Bremer is not viewed as being available on the market, underlining his importance to the squad.
Despite this stance, interest in the Brazilian has not diminished. Several clubs are monitoring his situation closely and would be prepared to move for him if there were any indication that Juventus might be willing to negotiate his departure. His consistent performances have made him an attractive target for teams seeking defensive reinforcement.
Juventus Strategy And Transfer Approach
Juventus are intent on improving their squad at the end of the current campaign, a process that could involve the sale of certain players. However, such decisions are expected to focus on those deemed surplus to requirements rather than key contributors like Bremer.
The club’s priority remains building a more competitive and balanced squad capable of challenging at the highest level. Retaining influential players is central to that objective, particularly as they aim to avoid unnecessary disruption ahead of a crucial period of development.
Andrea Bosco’s View On Potential Sale
The discussion surrounding Bremer’s future has nevertheless attracted attention, with Andrea Bosco outlining a scenario in which a sale could be justified. As quoted by Tuttojuve, he stated, “If selling Bremer brought in significant revenue, I’d agree to sell him and sign Muharemovic, who’s impressing me between Sassuolo and Bosnia. Juve could then leverage their 50% interest in him, so you could reinvest the money in both him and Palestra. I’d add a good goalkeeper, a winger, and replace the two ignoble players, David and Openda, who are doing poorly. Chiellini and Ottolini certainly understand more than Comolli, who’s now confined to being CEO, and enough with these algorithms.”
While Bremer is clearly valued highly, the realities of football mean that every player has a price. Should a substantial offer arrive, Juventus may ultimately be forced to consider its position.

Add a CommentPallestra is good, Muharemovic might be outstanding at Bosnia and Sassuolo, bit will he be as good at Juventus? If we sign him for the 50%, which would be somewhere between 10-15M. Bremer is rock solid. Yes, he had an acl torn, yes he is not young. But he can play another 5-6 years easily. Would Muharemovic rise to his level? Not sure. I would sell Gatti instead and sign Muharemovic. In reality, it could be a good move (young for older with big money reinvesting) or we might be looking for a new CD next summer again, when we already have Bremer
How about we sell everyone out on loan plus some dead weight in the squad and we can raise over $100 million easy! Before we sell our best defender?
