Douglas Costa considers Pauldo Dybala “an important friend” with whom he has a great rapport.

La Joya and Costa have formed an important bond and the Brazilian explained why the two have become so close.

“Dybala was the first player who welcomed me when I got here and he opened the door to Juventus, he helped me so much,” Costa told Sky.

“Now I consider him an important friend, a great friend. That’s why when I played against Genoa I promised that if I scored I would celebrate like him.

“He’s an important player, a teammate with whom there is really a great rapport.”

The Bianconeri head to Rome this weekend to face a Lazio side that have already beaten them twice this season.

“Lazio are a team that move very well tactically and also technically because they have quality players.

“I think if we focus on the match though we can make this game our own.

“Felipe Anderson is a great player who has great qualities and has enormous potential to make a difference for Lazio.”
