From Portugal: Ronaldo has already decided his future

July 10, 2021 - 12:00 pm

Three years ago, Cristiano Ronaldo made his triumphant landing in Turin. But following some good and bad moments at Juventus, the Portuguese has been tipped to leave the Allianz stadium this summer.

The superstar’s contract expires in twelve months, but the possibility of an earlier divorce has been on the cards.

Nonetheless, CR7 could be set to stay at the club, if reports from his home country of Portugal are to be believed.

According to Pedro Sepulveda, a journalist in SIC Noticias (via ilBianconero), Ronaldo has made up his mind, and wants to remain with the Old Lady for next season.

The report adds that his agent, Jorge Mendes, is set to meet the club’s directors in the next few days, where an official decision is expected to be taken.

The 36-year-old is currently enjoying his off-season holidays after captaining his national team in Euro 2020.

The Juventus striker scored five goals in the tournament, setting up a new record by taking his total to 14 strikes in the competition, whilst also equaling Ali Daei’s record with 109 international goals.

Nonetheless, that wasn’t enough for Portugal, who crashed out of the Euros from the round of 16 following a 0-1 defeat at the hands of Belgium.

Ronaldo was also the top goal-scorer in Serie A last season, with 29 goals to his name, and the Bianconeri fans will be expecting more of the same if he opts to remain for another campaign.

He won’t score 29 goals because the team is paying for itself now not one player. If he starts complaining about getting passes I hope Allegri drops him immediately.

So… Mendes shopped him around, couldn’t find a buyer so now he wants to honour his contract. Both mercenaries.
Ronaldo could be brilliant for Juve this coming season but needs to do what he’s told. The moment he plays the prima donna Allegri should drop him for the sake of the team.

29 goals with 11 of the are penaldo.
if u taken every penalties then you will be eventually breaking all goals records and especially if the whole team needs to pass the ball only to u or else someone will be kicking and screaming. CR7 is a disaster at juve, we don’t see unity. too many chasing on loser players fave by nubie football fans based on CM.
when azzuri thrives trough finals some still says that italian got no talents and the rest of Europe far more superior. well look they already gone from euro. i will take chiesa anyday more than ronaldo.

As much as I love Cr7, I think it’s time to take a bow when the ovation is loudest from top football. He should go to the US make more money by playing for two more seasons and then retire. He has proved to the whole world what a great player he is, but playing next season for any top team would spell disaster.

Cr 7 is a great player.. Juventus currently is no longer in form as they use to be..but with this new coach We hope to see something better…we don’t have to blame Ronaldo we blame the coach..pirlo doesn’t have tactics that’s why Juventus slipped,he always plays one formation (4-4-2),”monotony kills interest and variety is the spice of life”.. Another one is that juve have to sign players this summer..some players doesn’t play as they used to..
    Juve + Ronaldo=Champions league
