Corriere dello Sport report Juventus turned down a monstrous €160m bid from Barcelona for Paulo Dybala this summer.

Having secured €222m from the sale of Neymar to PSG, the Blaugrana are still on the lookout for adequate replacements, despite having signed 20-year-old Ousmane Dembélé from Borussia Dortmund.

With Liverpool refusing bids for Philippe Coutinho, it’s reported by some Spanish papers that attention has turned to Juve’s Paulo Dybala.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Barcelona bid €160m for Juve’s Argentine forward, while other reports suggest it was actually €115m cash plus €45m in bonuses.

Despite the size of the bid, Juve are holding firm and have no intention of allowing La Joya to leave any time soon, especially as he has recently been entrusted with the iconic number 10 shirt.

The 23-year-old has enjoyed a superb start to the new season, netting 6 goals in 3 games so far.
