According to Sky Sport Italia, Monday is expected to be the definitive day for Maurizio Sarri’s move to Juventus.

Despite wild and fantastical reports linking the Bianconeri to Pep Guardiola, its expected that Sarri will be confirmed as the new Juve coach at some point next week.

Sky Sport Italia report that Sarri is poised to sign a three-year contract after he secures his release from Chelsea and his agent, Fali Ramadani, has already met with The Blues on Friday and come to an agreement on his release.

There are mixed reports over whether or not Juve will have to pay any compensation with some papers suggesting Sarri had a verbal agreement with Chelsea to leave at the end of the season following a mixed first year in London.

In the UK, The Guardian and The Times report on similar lines, suggesting final meetings may take place this weekend, leaving Sarri free to be appointed next week.

Sarri took charge of 63 games in total for Chelsea, winning 39, drawing 13 and losing 11, while securing a 4th place finish and lifting the Europa League.
