Juventus have confirmed that Mario Mandzukic has renewed his contract until 2020.
The Croatian striker was expected to pen an extension at some stage during the summer, however Juventus have confirmed that a new deal has been agreed via a statement on the clubs official website:
Juventus Football Club is delighted to announce that Mario Mandzukic has renewed his contract until 30 June 2020, extending a journey that began in July 2015.

He doesn’t seem to mind playing in this weird left winger role where he end up defending more than shooting, I hope he really doesn’t mind it.
If we end up buying a real attacking left winger, he could still be valuable to the squad, perhaps rotating with Higuain.

Definitely a player I am happy to see extend, he brings a fair amount of cunning, immense spirit and has adjusted his natural game to prove one of the most interesting and pivotal tactical changes I have witnessed at Juve through decades of following the club. The manner which he had adopted, adapted and implemented Allegri’s demands is nothing short of outstanding. On one hand his professionalism is exemplary, on the other he fits the role to perfection. Morphing seamlessly between LB/DM/CM/LW/CF as the play calls upon him. Superb news all round. He will be suitably fired up for the final.
