Sebastian Giovinco’s time at Juventus could be coming to an end, with one of either Tottenham Hotspur, Fiorentina or Toronto FC being his likeliest destination.

The ‘Atomic Ant’ has a contract with Juve until June 2015 but the club and player have yet to come to an agreement on an extension meaning a sale in January looks possible.

There’s been long-standing interest in the player from a number of teams, most notably Arsenal and Spurs who were both interested in signing the player just last year.

“I am not surprised that Arsenal and Tottenham are being linked, considering the quality of Arsene Wenger’s choices and the fine level of Tottenham’s squad.” his agent Andrea D’Amico told Calcionews24.com in June 2014. Both teams were reported to be monitoring the player, but Spurs looks to be slightly ahead in that race, especially given Juve’s recent interest in Paulinho. Spanish site Fichajes.net claimed  that the North London side were looking to buy the player in January and that talks had already been held with the player about a possible move.

Another possible destination could be Florence, with Juve and Fiorentina reportedly looking at a straight swap which would involve Norberto Neto. The Brazilian keeper is also out of contract in the summer and an exchange of players looked to be a good option for both sides, although Liverpool may have some say in that.

A final option could be Canada, where Torono FC were reported to be ‘on the verge of signing’ Giovinco. Reports yesterday linked the player with a move to the Reds following a series of tweets from Canadian journalist, Gareth Wheeler, who claimed Seba was ‘closing in on terms’ that would take him to the MLS.
