Juventus are taking decisive steps forward in their bid to sign Roma starlet Nicolo Zaniolo.

The 19-year-old has enjoyed a breakthrough season with the Giallorossi and is reportedly one of the targets for Juve director Fabio Paratici.

Corriere Torino now report that Zaniolo spent Monday evening at a nightclub and was asked by fans about his future.

“I’m happy at Roma, but who wouldn’t go to Juve? Having said that, Roma will decide,” he was quoted as telling people.

Juve have stepped up their interest in the player since the turn of the year as Paratici reportedly left a note a restaurant with a list of transfer targets on it, including Zaniolo.
