Juventus managers past and present are linked with the vacant Chelsea job, according to the press in England.

According to reports in The Daily Star, The Daily Express, The Sun and The Metro (Yes, I know) both Antonio Conte and Max Allegri are potential candidates to take over at Stamford Bridge.

All this fly’s in the face of Allegri’s comments just yesterday when he laughed off links to a possible move by insisting that he’ll only leave if the club fires him.

Allegri’s current deal lasts until the 2016/17 season but there have already been mutterings about a new Juve contract being offered to him this summer.

The reports suggest that if Allegri does turn down Chelsea’s offer, the next in line will be former Juve coach Antonio Conte whose contract with the Italian national team ends this summer.

The Express claims that talks may have already been held with Conte’s representatives.
