Juventus are expected to be without Adrien Rabiot this weekend after the French midfielder picked up a thigh injury.

The Bianconeri confirmed the injury via a statement on the clubs official site, stating that Rabiot “only partially” trained with the squad due to “a slight strain” in his left adductor muscle.

Blaise Matuidi is expected to return to the team though, having sat out the international break with a rib fracture.

Juve confirmed the 32-year-old took part in Wednesday’s training session meaning his is one of the more likely choices to start or at least feature.

Miralem Pjanic “only partially” this week following his injury with the Bosnian national team, while Cristiano Ronaldo “did custom work” after returning from international duty with Portugal.
