Emre Can believes his situation at Juventus must change” if he is to remain at the club for the foreseeable future.

The German midfielder has been left out of Juve’s Champions League squad and has yet to start a game, fuelling inevitable speculation that he will leave the club in the winter.

“I’m still a Juventus player,” he after Germany’s victory over Northern Ireland.

“Obviously I’m not satisfied with my situation, but I’m keeping my foot on the accelerator and I give 100% in every training session.

“I’m trying to change my situation, no player is happy when they don’t play.
