BREAKING NEWS: Juventus have confirmed that Max Allegri will end his tenure at the club this summer.

The Tuscan tactician has enjoyed a hugely successful period at the club, just falling short of bringing Juventus the Champions League, despite reaching two finals in his five years in charge.

The club have released an official statement confirming Allegri’s departure as of this summer after the two final games of the 2018/19 campaign:

Massimiliano Allegri will not be on the Juventus bench for the 2019/2020 season.

The coach and the President, Andrea Agnelli, will meet the media together at tomorrow’s press conference – Saturday 18 May, at 2pm in the press conference hall of Allianz Stadium.

The indication is that the club and coach reached this decision together and his contract will be terminated by mutual consent.

Allegri won five successive Serie A titles with the club as well four Coppa Italia and a Supercup.
