Juventus made a surprising swoop for PSV’s Mohamed Ihattaren yesterday and sent him on loan to Sampdoria.
The Dutch-Moroccan was a shock buy for the Bianconeri as he hasn’t been linked with a move to the club all summer and they just signed him and shipped him out on loan immediately.
The midfielder was obviously not in the plans of Massimiliano Allegri and he may well become one of those players that never play for the club, even though they signed him.
Daniele Dell’Orco of Libero writes via Tuttomercatoweb that Juve only signed him to compensate Mino Raiola who is their loyal business ally and has just helped them to secure the return of Moise Kean.
He says it was Raiola who helped Juve to secure Kean’s return on favourable terms of a two-year loan deal with a conditional obligation to buy and they signed Ihattaren as a “commission” for his good work.
He writes that Juve signed Kean back in a “bizarre and delayed formula. And moreover, as a ‘commission’ for Mino Raiola.
“It was also necessary to take on the purchase of Mohamed Ihattaren, a Moroccan of Dutch nationality who was out of the squad by PSV Eindhoven, paid 5-6 million and who only makes Sampdoria happy “.
What’s really happening at Juve. I think there’s need for overhauling of the entire team starting from the management. They seems to lack direction. Nothing to be optimistic about this season even after just 2games. It’s a Shame!
There were glaring issues that needed to be addressed, still the transfer window has ended with virtually nothing to make one optimistic. It’s clear that while Pirlo had his own issues he wasn’t really the problem of Juve. It’s obvious that those making key decisions managing the club are the biggest problem of Juventus. I won’t be surprised if Pirlo excel in a club where things are more organized.
I guess I will stop watching their games and reading news about the team cos there’s no sign of positivity or a sense of direction.
Not an impressive start. Pirlo was a failure. Just ask him at his current job…oops!!! Didn’t have a formation and players didn’t know where they were playing. you are watching the deprogramming of the pirlo experiment and radical unworkable ideas. Not even top of his class . Blame primadonna for our window he waited last minute to finesse us just like he had for 3 years, suddenly lower wages are acceptable and now united fleeced us. It was worth it. If he’s left at the start like a professional then we wouldhave had time. At least we can travel to America now
