PSG winger Ezequiel Lavezzi has been identified as Juve’s main objective of the winter transfer market.

According to Goal.com journalist Romeo Agresti, the Bianconeri are in the market for a winger who can fit into a 4-3-3/4-3-1-2 tactical plan and Lavezzi is Juve’s main target, given his ability to play in both systems and his familiarity with Serie A.

The player’s agent, Alejandro Mazzoni, is expected in Italy in the coming days to evaluate the situation, with Inter and AC Milan also keen to bring El Pocho back to Italy.  Despite this, Juve are considered to be in the lead based on their sustained interest in the player and Lavezzi’s flexibility to play as a winger and a second striker in Coach Max Allegri’s system.
The sticking point in any negotiations may be Lavezzi’s salary as the forward currently earns €5m per season in France, while Juve are prepared to offer €3.5m for two years with the option of a third.

Juve could sign the player for between €2-3m as the Argentine’s current contract with PSG ends next summer.
