Juventus are reportedly monitoring Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud.

Today’s Tuttosport reports that Juve manager Max Allegri was impressed by 19-year-old Dahoud when his side faced Gladbach in their last Champions League match. The versatile midfielder is able to play in front of defence or as a playmaker and is known to be technically gifted.

According to the report, the Bianconeri have followed the player since he was part of the youth team set-up and are monitoring his progress.

Dahoud is valued at €4m but that figure could double, given his positive performances so far this season. According to the Turin daily, it’s possible that Juve will make contact with Gladbach in the coming days about a possible deal.
