Juventus could turn to Lyon striker Moussa Dembele as a deal for Mauro Icardi looks unlikely to go through.

The Bianconeri were reportedly keen on signing the Inter captain, however a lack of interest in Gonzalo Higuain and Mario Mandzukic may limit Juve’s transfer activity.

French website Soccerlink now report that Juventus sent scouts to watch Dembele as Olympique Lyonnais beat Angers 6-0 in Ligue 1 last night.

The 23-year-old French forwrad could be a possible alternative target for Juve as Icardi looks increasingly likely to remain at Inter for the season ahead.

Dembele has managed 20 goals in 46 competitive games for Les Gones and who have already turned down offers from Manchester United this summer.
