Juventus could look to Mateo Kovacic for midfield as the players entourage meets with the Bianconeri.

The 23-year-old midfielder has featured in limited appearances since moving to Real Madrid 2 years ago and it’s reported he is looking elsewhere to find regular playing time.

According to Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Kovacic has emerged as a new option for Juve in midfield alongside Steven N’Zonzi, Blaise Matuidi, Emre Can and Andre Gomes.

Di Marzio reports Juve have followed the player since before his time at Inter Milan and have contacted the Croatian international’s camp to sound out the player. A deal with Real Madrid is expected to be difficult to complete but there may be further developments in the future.
