According to reports from Italy, Miralem Pjanic is close to announcing his renewal with Juventus
The Bosnian midfielder was the subject of sustained interest from both Barcelona and Manchester City, however it’s since emerged that he preferred to remain in Turin.
Talk of a contract renewal was reported earlier in the summer however Sky Italia now report that a new deal could be announced as early as next week.
SportItalia report that Pjanic’s father is in Turin and that the Bianconeri are going to offer a one-year extension to Pjanic’s contract with an improved salary of €7m per season.
