Miralem Pjanic insists he is “very happy” at Juventus and that he laughs at the rumours linking him to other clubs this summer.

The Bosnian midfielder has been linked with a move to Manchester City this summer, despite being the US with Juventus on their pre-season tour.

Speaking after the teams 2-0 victory over Bayern Munich, Pjanic addressed the rumours and the upcoming season for the Bianconeri.

“There is still a lot to improve, we are working hard….but in general starting with a victory is good for the new players, but here at Juve it’s always like this: you have to always play to win,” He told Sky Sport

“The transfer window? I read so many things that make me laugh but I’m calm and I do my job, but the transfer market is like that. I’m very happy here, I’m calm.

“I’ve grown a lot in the last two years, I’m happy with what I’ve done, I’m in a good group & I’ve a good relationship with my coach.

“The transfer figures around my name It means I’m doing well, but you have to ask the club: I play football to improve myself.

“The new cfixture alendar? I have not studied it well yet, I have seen that we have the first away match against Chievo and it will have to start well, but it will not be easy, as it will always be a difficult and complicated championship, there is nothing to be taken for granted.

“But from our side there will always be the same will and ambition: to get to the end of all the competitions and to win everything we can.”
