Juventus are working to renew the contracts of both Miralem Pjanic and Daniele Rugani in the season ahead.

The duo were linked with a move away from Turin this summer, with Rugani reportedly closely followed by Chelsea while Pjanic was supposedly of close interest to both Manchester City and Barcelona.

Despite the links, reports in the Italian press seemed to indicate that both players were keener to remain with Juve and that the Bianconeri had absolutely no intention of selling either this summer.

Gazzetta Dello Sport report that Juve will renew the contract of Pjanic and adjust his salary accordingly while Correire Dello Sport report the same will be done with Daniele Rugani.

Both players featured heavily during Juve’s pre-season tour of the USA and are expected to return to Juve HQ for the annual Villar Perosa tournament later next week.
