Juventus have signed PSV youngster Leandro Fernandes while Pol Lirola has joined Sassuolo on a permanent basis.

20-year-old Spanish full-back Lirola has spent the season on loan at the Neroverdi and Sky Sport Italia report that his move was made permanent earlier today.

Sassuolo general manager Giovanni Carnevali reportedly held a meeting with Beppe Marotta in which a deal was agreed to transfer Lirola for €7.5m, alongside Juve youth player Alessandro Tripaldelli. Wile it’s yet to be confirmed by the club, it’s suggested that both deals will include buyback clauses in both contracts.

Meanwhile, 18-year-old Leandro Fernandes arrived for his Juventus medical earlier today and the deal is now being reported as being complete. The talented Dutch youngster had previously attracted attention from both Roma and AC Milan before agreeing a deal to join the Bianconeri and is expected to go straight into the Juve Primavera squad.
