Pundit Massimo Brambati has lauded Max Allegri following Juventus’ hard-fought 1-0 victory against AC Milan yesterday. The Bianconeri were considered underdogs for the match, especially as they were missing several key players in both their defence and attack.
This placed a considerable challenge on Allegri’s shoulders to ensure his team not only won but also avoided humiliation. The Bianconeri, under Allegri’s guidance, adhered to their game plan and succeeded in frustrating Milan before clinching a narrow victory.
This win will undoubtedly instil a sense of confidence in the team as they have several more big matches to play before the season concludes. Importantly, they have managed to stay close to the top of the league table, making them believe they can compete effectively against other title contenders.
After the game, Brambati said, as quoted by Tuttomercatoweb:
“You can get a result even without an identity, you just need to take good care of the defensive structure. He understood that with the squad he has at his disposal, without certain important players, he has to behave like this. Yesterday he made a good step, it wasn’t easy to win with Milan first in the standings. This increases the group’s self-esteem.”
Juve FC Says
Allegri is the best manager for us at this stage of our development and he continues to show why we can trust him to take this team back to the top of Italian football.
Hopefully, we will maintain the momentum from that win and go on a winning run.
