Juventus could bring Simone Zaza to the club in January to replace Sebastian Giovinco.
According to Calciomercato.com, Juve slender one point lead at the top of the table, combined with their progression to the last 16 of the Champions League has prompted Beppe Marotta into action. Juve will invest in a new striker in the form of Zaza while Sebastian Giovinco would be sold to Fiorentina to make room. According to the report, Sassuolo are looking to reduce their dquad numbers to deal with their increasing salary costs and would be open to the idea of sellign their half of the striker.
Meanwhile in Naples, a deal looks all but done for the partenopei to buy Manolo Gabbiadini for a fee in the region of €13m, an amount that would be split equally between co-owners Juventus and Sampdoria.

Personally, I think it could pay off for us. He doesn’t have the trickery of Giovinco and he’s definitely more direct, but that could be what we need. Someone a bit more bulkier and robust. 4 goals this season in 10 starts – not a bad return.
I think that’s what we lack, someone who plays with no bullshit and just bangs in the goals. Tevez is a great striker, but not the finest finisher. I’m not saying Zaza is up to that level yet but he might develop into it.
I’d go for it
Zaza is just like a chemical reaction, it needs the right atmosphere to explode, and I think the right atmosphere for him is to be at Juve . I think that most bianconeris will say “he doesn’t score too many goals” but just watch his moves WITHOUT the ball !! Very clever!!
Happy this article was written. Zaza is ready to join and Juve should take advantage. Love the way he plays and his eye for netting the ball.
This means that llorente will be seeing more of the bench though, and Allegri hasn’t showed that he’s ready to do that so far
I think its more to do with Allegri wanting to use a big “target man” then him not wanting to bench Llorente.
Is zaza more of a prima punta than Morata? I have only seen zaza against juve, and he usually tears us up
I assume… but Morata is definitely not a prima punta
Only concern I’d have is the rotation between nando, morata, and zaza. We already want to see more of morata but if we add another forward to that mix then playing time may be scarce for them at times
We need to take it slow with Morata anyway, if he shines too bright, Madrid will take him back anyway
I don’t, morata hasn’t showed much imo. We should’ve stuck with immobile as opposed to him.
rather see him than llorente at the moment. And immobile hasn’t showed much this year either besides his last game
Since we re on the topic of loaned players; anyone keep close tabs on Rugani? Rumors suggest Marotta is also looking to bring him back in the winter. If hes been performing, i think thatll be a great idea seeing as we ve been having a bit of an injury crisis at the back.
I thought that empoli had said they are unwilling to let him go in January for the 4m price tag. I think we would have to pay more to get him back sooner
he will stay at empoli until June at least.
I expect him back soon, if it isn’t in January then I expect him in the summer, he’s the replacement for Barzagli imo
Zaza would definitely make sense. He’s the future of the NT.
But I still dream of the day Juve sign Lacazette (before anyone else does)
Zaza needs to come and Berardi must stay at Sassuolo for now
