Reports suggest Chelsea will make another bid for Alex Sandro, however the Bianconeri will refuse the offer.
The Premier League side and continuing their pursuit of Juve’s Brazilian left-back, despite having their previous €60m offer refused.
Reports from The Times and the less-than-reliable CalcioMercato suggest that Antonio Conte is insistent on securing Sandro and will ask the board to make another bid for Sandro believed to be in the region of €70 million.
Sandro has featured in pre-season for Juve, playing in the recent friendly win over PSG, which suggests that he is firmly in Max Allegri’s plans for the season ahead.
The previous suggestion was that Juve will offer the player an improved contract to remain in Turin, and that may still happen, although there’s been no news as yet.
Previous reports from Sky Sport Italia suggested Juve were attempting to bring back Leonardo Spinazzola ahead of schedule, although there was no suggestion that this was to replace Sandro. It’s more likely the young left-back would return to Turin to be an understudy to the Brazilian, rather than replace him.
Juve have broken even on their summer spending and sales, and given the departure of Leonardo Bonucci to AC Milan, it seems unlikely that Juve would capitulate in the face of a hefty offer from Chelsea.
Matic + 35 million = a deal. Yes Sandro is great, would not like him to go ideally. But in reality there are far more very good lb’s to replace him than great dm’s, one of which we are in real need of. Matic is a great dm.
name the lb left for us to replace sandro, not many options im afraid.
I would say there isn’t even 1 option, let alone many lol…Maybe Marcelo? David Alaba? I wouldn’t trade either for Alex Sandro, but even if Beppe where willing to, they are way out of our wage range.
plus BM & RM will never sell a player from their starting XI
Danny Rose. There, easy. He’s very good, having been the best England player since last Euro finals, has been nominated in English PFA’s team of the season for last 2 years (which basically means he has been the best EPL left back for two years ), and being a Tottenham player means he is for sale as Daniel Levy puts a for sale sign on all Spurs’ players and also they pay poorly compared to other clubs their size. So Danny Rose salary is only 30k a week.
As a left field option a punt on Luke Shaw would not be a bad idea. Hard times since his Champions League leg break, but Man U did not pay 30mil for a kid for no reason. Mourinho is ragging him publicly though, and he may have had enough of it. He will recover to be a great player no doubt. Was a brilliant youngster at Southampton. Great maturity for his age.
you know how english players do abroad, i bet you know it.I expected Shaw to be a very good buy but this kid just cant stay fit.Rose isnt bad idea but there is bigger chance that im going to win euromilions than Rose joining us lol.English dont leave islands, simply said.
and this is why they say “dont do Drugs” XD.
Higuain for Matic and 35M would be a good Deal, Higuain is easily replaceable with better talent, Alex Sandro on the other hand? It would have to be Marcelo himself, to even come close. Alex Sandro is like the Dybala of Defense.
