Juventus are meeting with Sampdoria in Rome today in an effort to resolve the deal for Patrik Schick.
The young Czech striker undertook the first part of his Juve medical some time back, however it’s reported a mild heart condition was found and the Bianconeri were reluctant to file his contract.
As such, the deal has hung in limbo for some weeks with Sampdoria Massimo Ferrero insisting that the player was “really healthy” while bashing Juve for the “farce” over his transfer.
Sportitalia report today that Beppe Marotta and Ferrero are meeting in Rome today to resolve the matter once and for all.
There’s an outside suggestion that Juve may take Schick on loan with a mandatory buyout clause, provided he plays a certain amount of games.
