Matteo Darmian is poised to join Juventus on loan from Manchester United with Leonardo Spinazzola expected to join Bologna.

Gazzetta dello Sport report that United and Juventus have reached an agreement for the Italian full-back to join the Bianconeri on loan until the end of the season for a cost of €3-4m for the six-month loan.

Juve are expected to retain an option to buy the player outright in the summer, according to Goal Italia and various other Italian outlets.

As a result, Spinazzola is expected to leave Juventus on loan for the remainder of the season with Bologna his most likely destination.

Max Allegri hinted that Spinazzola may leave during his press conference earlier today, saying:

“Spinazzola will only leave if we have a suitable replacement.”
