Juventus are insisting on bringing back Leonardo Spinazzola ahead of schedule and could conclude a deal this week.

The versatile 24-year-old is on a two-year-loan at Atalanta from Juventus and isn’t expected to return to Turin until 2018, despite Juve pushing for his return.

Sky Sport Italia and Gazzetta dello Sport previously reported that Juve had been pressing the Orobici to get Spinazzola back this summer, going so far as to include Tomas Rincon in a possible loan deal, however this was refused.

This morning Gazzetta report that Juve are making progress in their efforts to recall their man and that the player is also very keen to come back to the club he started his career with as part of the primavera.

Juventus news portal TuttoJuve also report that there are rumours that the will of the player is a deciding factor and he could yet return to Turin this summer.
