Juventus have confirmed that left-back Luca Pellegrini has joined Cagliari for the season.
The 20-year-old joined Juventus as part of the deal that saw Leonardo Spinazzola join Roma earlier this summer.
It was initially expected that Pellegrini would be part of Juve’s 2019/20 squad, however the club have now confirmed that he will join Cagliari on loan for the season.
A statement on the clubs official site confirmed the move:
Luca Pellegrini, born in 1999, will play for Cagliari next season. The agreement between the Rossoblu and the Bianconeri has been finalised, which will see him go on loan to the Sardinian side until 30 June 2020.
