Juventus have all but completed the signing of Portuguese right-back Joao Cancelo and the player is expected in Turin tomorrow.

The Bianconeri have been in the market for a right-back following the departure of Stephan Lichtsteiner to Arsenal while talks with Manchester United for Matteo Darmian have seemingly hit a dead-end.

According to Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio and Goal Italia’s Romeo Agresti, Juventus have now finalised the terms of a transfer for Valencia full-back Joao Cancelo following his impressive loan spell at Inter Milan last season.

Di Marzio reports that Cancelo is scheduled to arrive in Turin tomorrow with his medical penciled in for the following day.

Juventus are expected to pay Valencia the full €40m asking price, however the payment is expected to split in installments while Cancelo will sign a five-year contract earning €3m per season.
