Wojciech Szczesny’s future is far from certain, even though there is no doubt that he is the undisputed number one at Juventus at the moment.

The Polish goalkeeper is one of the club’s key players and one of the first names on the teamsheet in Turin. However, his future is uncertain; this could be his last season on the books of the Bianconeri.

Juve has to decide if they want to offer him a new deal or allow him to leave for a fee in the next transfer window. A report on Tuttojuve claims the Bianconeri have to decide if they want to offer him a new contract until 2028, which will be on a reduced salary or put him on the market in the summer and eliminate his huge salary.

Juve FC Says

Szczesny is one of the best goalies in Europe and, sadly, we are considering selling him at this stage of our rebuild.

The Polish goalie can still offer us several more seasons of good football if he remains our first choice.

However, the club must consider the financial side of the business and ensure that they can fix their broken finances while making decisions.

Juve does have a decent backup in Mattia Perin so selling Szczesny would not be the end of the world.
