Juventus are on the verge of completing a deal for the transfer of Patrik Schick.

The Czech striker has been linked with a host of sides this season, however Juventus have reportedly been in the lead for some months now.

Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio now reports that tomorrow Juventus and Sampdoria will meet to finalise the deal. The Bianconeri are expected to pay the 25m release clause although there are some differing reports on whether the 21-year-old will remain at Sampdoria on loan or join up with Juve this summer.

Goal Italia correspondent Romeo Agresti reports much the same, confirming that Juve director Fabio Paratici will meet with his Sampdoria counterpart to conclude the transfer. Agresti reports that the meeting tomorrow will also clarify the future of the player who is reportedly keen to join the Bianconeri immediately rather than remain on loan at the Blucerchiati.
