Udinese midfielder Rolando Mandragora says ‘any player would want to play for Juventus’ but it’s a long road to get to play for the club.

The 22-year-old has done well since joining Le Zebrette two seasons ago, making 51 appearances and scoring 6 goals across all competitions.

Juventus retain a buy-back option on the youngster, allowing them to re-sign him for around €26m this summer.

Speaking during the TV program “Casa Di Marzio”, Mandragora recalled his time with Juve with fondness.

“There were many leaders at the team, from Buffon to Bonucci and Chiellini.

“I only have admiration for them, at a human level as well as for what they do on the pitch, they are exceptional people.”

The youngster was asked about the prospect of returning to play for the Bianconeri

“Any player would like to play for Juventus, but the path from wanting to do it and making it a reality is a long one. “
