Matthijs De Ligt’s transfer to Juventus is expected to be announced this week after Juve agreed terms with the player.

With the transfer window opening tomorrow, the Bianconeri are expected to announced a number of transfers including Merih Demiral, Cristian Romero and Hamed Junior Traore.

Top of the list is expected to be Matthijs De Ligt who, according to reports in Italian, Spanish and Dutch media, Juve have secured after negotiating with Mino Raiola.

Corriere Dello Sport, Tuttosport and a host of others suggest that the 19-year-old will sign a five-year-contract earning him €7m per year with assorted add-ons and easily achievable bonuses which will take the total close to €12m.

Juve are expected to pay Ajax between €65-70m and according to Dutch paper De Telegraaf, the official announcement could come as early Monday or Tuesday of this week.
