Lazar Samardzic could potentially be making his way to Juventus in January if the Bianconeri can come to an agreement with Udinese.

The midfielder has garnered the attention of top Italian clubs since last season and came close to securing a move to Inter Milan in the last transfer window. However, the deal eventually fell through, and he returned to Udinese for the current season, where he has continued to perform well.

He was already on Juventus’ shortlist during the previous transfer window, but at that time, the Bianconeri were more focused on player sales.

With the absence of Nicolo Fagioli and Paul Pogba, it has become crucial for Juventus to acquire midfielders in January, and Samardzic has caught their interest.

It appears that Juventus has made progress in pursuing his signature, with a report from Tuttojuve indicating that the midfielder’s representatives and Juventus have already reached an agreement on personal terms.

What remains is for Juventus to agree on a transfer fee and deal structure with Udinese. This might be a challenging task since Udinese is reluctant to part with him in January.

Juve FC Says

Samardzic has been terrific in the last two seasons as one of the finest players in Serie A, which is why signing him makes sense.

However, we may have to wait until the end of the season to get our man, otherwise, we might be overcharged in January.
